STEP 1
:  SCHEDULE YOUR COMPLIMENTARY FITNESS CONSULT

The Consult takes just one hour to complete and can be done either in-person or remotely. During the hour we will:

  • Discuss your specific fitness goals

  • Review your vital measurements, such as height, weight, body composition, resting heart rate and blood pressure

  • Perform screens for cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance and flexibility  

  • Review your results and determine a programming schedule

The Fitness Consult serves as a gauge of your initial overall fitness, and the framework for developing your fitness program.

STEP 2: CHOOSE THE LOCATION FOR YOUR SESSIONS

  • Home or home gym

  • Outdoor space (e.g. park)

  • Remotely (e.g. Zoom, FaceTime)


STEP 3: CHOOSE YOUR PROGRAM PACKAGE

I offer programs of 10, 20 and 40 sessions.
