Exercising with health conditions can be very challenging for many reasons. Big or small, it is easy to let them deter or prevent us from exercising. Yet, exercise is a critical component of management and recovery from them:

  • Many surgeries and procedures require not only physical therapy but consistent exercise in order to recover from them smoothly

  • Exercise is commonly prescribed as a critical lifestyle change to implement to manage and even reverse such conditions as diabetes, hypertension, elevated LDL cholesterol levels, anxiety and depression

  • Better physical fitness is a major contributor to achieving better overall health, and thus a better quality of life

I have 15 years of extensive experience working with clients with serious chronic health conditions. Among my expertise is working with clients with:
