“I have been working with Vince for the last two years twice a week. This is one of the greatest investments I've ever done. I spent 40 years as a surgeon and had no time for real training during the week and working with Vince has completely changed how I eat and how I exercise. He is incredibly patient and also has a plan for each exercise session worked out perfectly, but could be changed, depending upon my level of Energy. My flexibility and my strength have improve so much and these sessions have allowed me to move onto golf lessons where I continue to improve because Vince has me work on Golf exercises. Vince is a wealth of knowledge regarding proper nutrition, as well as the correct way to do the exercises so that there will be no injury during any of the sessions. “I have been working out with Vincent since January 2020. I originally researched trainers for my parents and chose Vincent due to his experience with a wide population of clients, including seniors and individuals with health conditions. My 84 year old parents have been working out with Vincent for a few years now and are stronger, more flexible and have better balance. My brother recently said to me, ‘The best thing you ever did for Mom and Dad was find Vincent.’ The band work, strength training and flexibility stuff he does with them is great. As a result of my training sessions with Vincent, I am stronger, more flexible and have increased stamina. Vincent is focused and despite our workouts being virtual, he never misses a count on reps, notices when my knees or other body parts are out of alignment, and consistently monitors by heart rate. He also takes notes during sessions to improve future workouts. Vincent walks the walk! He works out daily and eats a clean diet. His push-up routine and healthy lifestyle are motivators for me. My low back can be problematic and Vincent is always conscious of this as he develops my program.
